Apartments 138 m²
Klenovy Dom

The 138 m² apartments are in a low-rise complex on the Moskva River
embankment.
As they were intended to be let, we decided
to design a versatile, practical interior that would suit any tenant's needs.
Details
The space is narrow and elongated, yet we were able to
fit in all the key rooms: an entrance hall with a dressing room
and a study that can serve as either a guest room or a children's room.
To make the space feel larger, we did away with corridors: the entrance hall leads straight
into a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, and the bedroom into its own dressing room and
bathroom. High ceilings and large windows add to this, with
fine views over the Tretyakov Gallery and the park.
The starting point was a contemporary English style, restrained and understated. Delicate
plaster mouldings sit comfortably alongside modern furniture with strict lines. The warm, neutral
palette is offset by bright details, from contemporary paintings on the walls to
the vivid orange sofa in the living room, which brings real character to an otherwise
calm interior.
