The apartment is in a new high-end low-rise residential complex near the Moskva River.
The apartment had an open plan from the outset. At the client's request, the interior was designed in a contemporary minimalist style.
Details
In the master bedroom, the walls are finished in black concrete-effect decorative plaster. Behind the bed is a gold pattern on a black ground, and the ceiling is painted black as well. This makes the room feel more private, like a jewellery box.
The bathroom off the bedroom continues its theme: walls and ceiling in dark decorative plaster, a shower behind glass in brass frames, and brass taps and accessories.
A partition divides the shared kitchen-dining and living space into functional zones. The walls are finished in grey concrete-effect decorative plaster; in contrast, the kitchen fronts are in warm-toned wood veneer.
