Bunin club house is the renovation of a tenement building completed in 1903 by Vasily Schaub, a master of Art Nouveau and academician of architecture.
Reconstructed in 2019 in a neo-Art Nouveau style, the building keeps its historic facade while offering the comforts of modern life.

The apartment was bought with a basic finish in marble and fine hardwoods, complete with a fitted kitchen and bathrooms. The clients asked us to give the interiors individuality and refinement while keeping the original atmosphere and style of the building.
Details
The apartment is finished in luxurious, durable and costly materials. All the furniture, lighting and fittings come from leading European brands.
In the guest WC, the walls are finished in moisture-resistant MDF and wallpaper in a matching palette. The floor and basin are in natural Calacatta Viola marble.
In the bedroom, the wall behind the bed is clad in slabs of natural Nero Marquina marble
